Hessed served as a host and event planner of the Forward Results Band Jam. The Band Jam is a monthly event held in Houston, Texas, that has become a significant networking event. We typically have from 100 to 300 participants. Hessed was placed in charge of reorganizing the event to attract a more influential crowd.

She coordinated the overall organization of the event, and also served as the host and the master of ceremonies during the event. She has an innate ability to easily connect with others and communicate with a smile. She would also get there before the event would start to help set the event up, and she would help tear it down.
